Regarding the schedule:
The activities will begin the Saturday 14 at 9:00 a.m., and finalize next day (Sunday 15) around 12:00 a.m. We suggest all participants to arrive at Awaji Island on 13 December and leave on 15 December. Please take this into account when you book your flights.
Regarding the venue and the accommodation:
The symposium will be held at the The Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center.
Facilities of the conference room:
The conference room will be equipped with screen and projector, microphone and other basic equipment. There will be a laptop but we suggest to bring your personal computer if you are planning use Powerpoint or similar presentation software.
*Please let us know in advance if you will need some specific equipment.

Access
The venue is about 1 hour from Osaka Station and 45 minutes from Sannomiya station (Kobe).
For overseas participants, the nearest airport is the Kansai International Airport (KIX) at Osaka.

Accomodation
Kobe University will provide accommodation for two nights (Friday 13 and Saturday 14) at the Westin Hotel Awaji, just next to the International Conference Center, and at the Hotel Ebisu (*intended) for PhD students, PhD candidates or post graduate students, located at less than 5 minutes by bus or taxi from the venue.
*We will book the rooms after confirming your participation and flight schedule (if possible)
